Am Sleeping 
---------------------------------------------------- 
Here I am on the Seashore! 
The pebble; 
Sleeping; 
Since ages I feel; but there; 
There the Horizon unknown; 
Unknown, unperceivable; 
Far away; 
Seeming the beam of light; 
Carving the circle of light; 
Drawing the earth; 
As a flat round coin gold; 
Floating in the atmosphere; 
You! You the Conjurer! 

Me the pebble;
Dreaming; dreaming;
Of life and death;
Of day and night;
And of what not!

The sea calm and quiet
At times;
Singing and dancing;
Roaring furiously;
Like Lion;
At times!

My sleep;
Continuing;
But;
The sea does awake me;
And asking:
"Why?
Why are you sleeping always?
Awaike! and do your duty!"

Yes! I feel;
Each moment is having 
Its duty!

Am alert and awake!
Am not in sleep at present!

Now I pretend;
Am sleeping!
